The outdoor fire pit ambiance truly elevated our stay.
The food options did not align with our preferences, which was disappointing. Though freshly made, the limited menu lacked variety and felt too rigid. Additionally, I was surprised there were no laundry facilities available for guests.

beautiful decor, spacious rooms, fire pit
The location could use better signage for first-time visitors!!! A bit more emphasis on high-quality toiletries in the bathroom wouldn't hurt!!! More attention to detail in maintenance could enhance the overall experience!!!

I spent two nights in the Deluxe Queen Room and loved the cozy atmosphere. Susanne's hospitality stood out. she was warm and made excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was a highlight — creative dishes that truly felt homemade. The room's decor was charming with a comfortable bed that promised a restful sleep. On a slight downside, I felt that the bathroom amenities could be a bit more upscale, but it didn’t overshadow my overall enjoyment. The location was perfect for exploring Kennebunk, with easy access to shops and eateries. I really appreciated unwinding with a drink at the bar and chatting with Susanne and other guests around the fire pit at night. It felt like a delightful little community.

I loved my stay here, especially enjoying the cozy bar with crafted cocktails at night and the charming fire pit that created a lovely atmosphere. There were comfy sun loungers available for afternoon relaxation, and I took full advantage of the beautiful garden area. The only downside was a bit of noise from the nearby street, but it didn’t really take away from the overall experience. 🌟
